How long does it take to build a new pool?
Upon completion of all necessary formalities, including the signing of the contractual agreement, issuance of the permit and recording of the notice of commencement, the construction of a swimming pool typically takes approximately three to six months.

The cost of a swimming pool is determined by several factors, including the accessibility of the yard, pool size, type of decking, selected finishes such as plaster or tile, and the pool’s equipment, including color-changing lights, heaters, and full-automation systems. Additional features may also affect the cost, such as waterfalls, LED bubblers, slides, fire bowls, sun shelves, and screen enclosures. 

The typical pool purchase price is $60,000.00, whereas a pool and spa combination generally average $80,000.00. Choosing a pool and spa combination with a screen enclosure can increase the cost to a median sale price of $100,000.00.

San Juan fiberglass pools, which we sell, offer a 25-year limited warranty.
